Books, Balloons and baby blue background.

I'm still in that slump feeling this week. But I've managed to start painting again, which is a plus but still. I forgot to mention about my storyboards for my first project in my Motion Graphics: After Effects class. Our assignment was to design/create an animation that reflects who we are. I guess I like books and baby blue color and BALLOONS! cus I somehow created this for an hour with out thinking that it somewhat similar to Dreamworks openings credits.

 

Anyways! Here is it. The end frame is an iffy - because I'm not sure how to end it: catch "maria" in a net or have a random bar come in as the ground and place them in order to spell out my name. 

Slumpy Slump:

I haven't been in a design-y mood lately. Probably because my boyfriend left for Taiwan again. boohoo.
But! This semester is all about identity and logos. We were assigned to design a logo for a company (picked randomly) and redesign their logo. At the same time we're suppose to make a stationery, packaging and one item of our choice to promote the company. I picked a restaurant called Comet Ping Pong.
